width=I think it was Adam Roberts, who first mentioned to me about doing a pond skim somewhere soon. As we all tossed it around a couple of weeks ago, I realized a bunch of us were already on Snoqualime Pass for Summer Solstice last year (then we did a tour the following day, since a lot of us were already around or close to the Pass). So, I thought we all could celebrate Summer Solstice 2014 together at Silver Peak, bonfire, camp, etc. Then on Sunday (June 22) everyone head up to Lake Lillian for a little high noon, Snow “Trooper Dog” Memorial Pond Skimmin’ (or a lot). Here’s a taste of some of the ponds I skimmed on the lake recently, along with a little close to home steep skiing. Joy O Meter, SUPER FUN! Hoping for a good SUNNY weather window this weekend to add to the Summer fun!
