Have you ever skied Mission Ridge, WA? I hadn’t until a few years back and was blown away by the diverse terrain and beauty this resort offers. Mission Ridge is located on the Eastern slopes of the Cascades, just 12 miles out of downtown Wenatchee, giving you all sorts of dinning and lodging options for your short trip from Western or Eastern Washington. Mission Ridge’s annual snowfall might not be as much as our other Cascade resorts, but they do get the colder temps (which preserves the snow for days and days of great skiing).

The one thing I’m sure will agree with me about this resort is the amount of time you will spend skiing rather that waiting in a lift line (even right after a huge dump) will be far greater that any of the other Cascade resorts. I also have to mention Mission Ridge is now under new management that is headed up by our good friend Josh Jorgensen, so expect big things in the future for this gem within a crown of jewels.

We had planned to hit them yesterday for a powder monday, but due to the wicked storm rolling through the Cascades yesterday, we stayed put right here on Snoqualmie Pass. Below is a POV Josh has shared w/ us showing some of the goods to be had at Mission Ridge.
