Trip up to Crystal Mountain for a dose of sun and great views of the surrounding Cascades. The skiing started out quite firm on the 18th of March but it didn’t take long for the sun to provide some relief. After a few laps and some pics up on the top of the Rainier Express it was time to take Trooper out for a walk. The main face of East Peak was looking tasty, so I hopped the shuttle back to the car and off we went. Seemed like Crystal receive a couple inches the day before which was now sun baked down to an inch. The ride down was sweet w/ a fresh wax under foot. Check out some pics of the day at Crystal
