Met up Saturday morning the 2nd with Trevor Kostanich, Robert and James Bolton for some lift serve fun together since that hasn’t happened in quite some time. Pumped to hear the bombs going off at Alpental as I walked out the door, always a good sign for a decent amount of new. Turns out we had 10 new + another 5 from the day before waiting on top. It was raining hear at Hyak as I drove toward Alpental. Arriving at Alpental the rain was turning to snow. Lots of control work to be done so chair two didn’t open til after 10, but when it did the game was on and first lap was right off the chair down Rollen up and on to Gun Mount to access the Break Over Trees and dump into Break Over Chute which was actually very good for the most part. Around the corner up to the Shot Six entrance. Shot Six was full of Debris so we crossed and dropped just to the skiers left for some good turn with rather large holes that can make a buddy disappear.
